Where the song is a surprise for someone, we agree who is authorised to know in advance, how playback is arranged discreetly, and what happens if plans change on the day.
Preparing the right format
Depending on your package, this can include an event-ready mix, an instrumental version for entrances, or a version timed to a slideshow or video.
A short reveal-planning conversation
Signature Celebration and Legacy Collection packages include a dedicated planning session so the practical details — timing, equipment, who introduces the song — are settled well before the day.

Big Reveal guidance is included from the Legacy Experience package upward. Signature Celebration and Legacy Collection include a full reveal-planning session rather than guidance alone. Corporate Story Experience projects can include reveal planning for an awards evening, conference or internal event on request.

Does every package include a Big Reveal?
Guidance is included from Legacy Experience upward. The Story Song package doesn’t include reveal planning, though nothing stops you from creating your own moment with it.
Can the reveal be kept a surprise from the person the song is for?
Yes. Tell us who needs to remain unaware and who is authorised to approve details, and this is planned into the brief from the start.
What if our event plans change?
Tell us as early as possible. Reasonable changes to timing or format can usually be accommodated before final delivery.
Can a Big Reveal work for a corporate event?
